About The Job
As a Strategic Technology Consultant, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of impactful technology solutions for our clients. You will take ownership of multiple client relationships and internal teams, driving the design and execution of strategies, products and services that create real business value.
These roles require a blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver outstanding results, foster high-performing delivery teams, and contribute to the ongoing growth of both our clients and 67 Bricks. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, translating complex challenges into practical, forward-thinking solutions while identifying new opportunities to drive innovation and long-term success. The roles will report directly into the CTO.
What You Will Do
- Strategic solution design and execution: Lead the design and architecture of bespoke technology products, platforms and solutions, collaborating with client leadership to ensure they meet their business objectives. Define strategic direction and align stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and high-quality delivery.
- Build and lead high-performing teams: Identify, assemble, mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams, leveraging our core-flex model to ensure successful and profitable client engagements. Assume direct line management responsibility for team members, providing leadership, feedback, and professional development to drive performance and foster growth.
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor: Lead technology, product and business strategy discussions for client engagements and provide advice and insights to C-suite stakeholders on industry trends, risks and opportunities.
- Foster collaboration: Work closely with commercial colleagues during pre-sale discovery to shape contracts for new work, and build relationships with client stakeholders to drive value. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively and work with commercial colleagues to identify opportunities for future work.
- Provide thought leadership: Foster a culture of innovation and inspire colleagues and stakeholders with strategic insights. Represent 67 Bricks as an industry leader, strengthening our reputation and contributing to market conversations. Bring the latest improvements into 67 Bricks to evolve our ways of working, keeping us at the forefront of technological innovation and best practices.
Skills and knowledge
- A deep understanding and a passion for transforming the technology and the information industry.
- Experience managing and developing technology teams, ideally both engineers and product experts.
- Proven experience in leading complex, technology-driven projects, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of technology life cycles and product development approaches.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technology with business goals.
- Technical expertise to build an understanding of 67 Bricks’ technology stack, capabilities and experiences.
- Exceptional communication with all levels, including influencing and advising C-suite stakeholders, and being able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage and develop high-performing cross-functional teams.

Location and working pattern
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to attend in-person meetings and work from our Oxford office on a regular basis. Our ideal candidate is therefore based within a reasonable travelling time of Oxford and London, as you’ll be visiting the office or attending on-site meetings at least twice a week. Wherever you are based, we will provide you with the technology you need to work effectively.
We are happy to discuss flexible working options. The role is available full-time (37.5 hours per week) however we will also consider compressed hours, or other flexible arrangements, so please speak to us during the recruitment process to understand what this could look like.
