We’re delighted that our Managing Director, Jennifer Schivas, was named a finalist in the The Shaw Gibbs Young Business Person of the Year category at this years’ Oxfordshire Business Awards (OXBA). Jennifer was nominated for the award by the team at 67 Bricks and endorsed by our clients, partners and friends in the wider Oxford business community.

The three Young Business Person of the Year finalists came from a diverse selection of companies and were chosen by the judges for their impressive track records of developing and implementing strategic business plans, achieving growth and improving profitability, exceeding customer expectations and raising their organisation’s profile.

Inigo Surguy, co-founder of 67 Bricks, said: “Jennifer has been instrumental in 67 Bricks growing from a purely founder-led company into having a robust and diverse leadership team, with her as an inspirational MD. Her drive and enthusiasm, and her ethical approach to strategic planning and decision-making, have been an essential part of the company’s growth. Her concern for the welfare and happiness of staff, and for the delivery of great work to customers, make me proud that she is MD and I’m so pleased to see her hard work recognised by our peers in the wider Oxford business community.”

For 26 years, OXBA has been recognising, rewarding and promoting the excellence of Oxfordshire-based companies and are firmly established as a benchmark for excellence in today’s competitive business environment. This year’s awards ceremony took place at Oxford Brookes University and was organised and supported by 13 of the county’s leading organisations. We’d like to extend our congratulations to all the winners and finalists.
