This year’s recent International Women’s Day theme was #BreakTheBias and it got some of the team here at 67 Bricks thinking – are we breaking the bias in tech?
We have female software developers, publishing consultants, office support, HR and marketers here (and a female managing director!) – and we have a wealth of experiences gathered over our years in the sector. When Women in Tech Festival put out a call out for blog posts that showcase different experiences, aiming to empower the existing workforce and next generation, we got together to share our stories.
