If you are a learned society or association, income or product diversification is key to a healthy future and is likely to be part of your business strategy.  But where and how do you get started?

Society Street’s first event of 2021, How to Approach Income Diversification for Societies on 31 March, brings together a panel of expert publishing directors, product inventors and innovation enablers to show societies how they can approach this.

Our co-founder Sam Herbert, who has wide experience of helping societies like the Royal Society of Chemistry maximise the value in their content, will take part in a ‘fireside chat’ about product development alongside product creators Liz Heinberg, chief product officer and co-founder of Hum, Mike Clarke, managing partner at Clarke & Esposito, and Simon Inger, co-founder of Cadmore Media and consultant at Renew. Together they will look at the threats and opportunities as societies seek to grow and diversify their portfolios.

Emma Vodden, publishing director at Bone & Joint, will kick off the session with a case study of Bone & Joint’s work in this area and there will be an open live Q&A.
