67 Bricks is delighted to announce that we have begun work to deliver the next phase of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales’ digital transformation strategy, which starts with an upgrade to their custom delivery platform, ICLR Online.

The robust and user-friendly digital platform, the flagship for the authoritative source of case law in England and Wales, is used daily by barristers, solicitors, law schools and state institutions to access a wealth of legal information.  The platform was last refreshed in 2017.

ICLR’s Daniel Hoadley said:  “The current platform is fast and very easy to use but it’s time for us to move to the next level by integrating emerging technologies that will enable us to offer a suite of new features, including a more personalised experience and services that will offer even more value to the user.

“Our primary focus is on helping the user – whether they are a first year law student or an experienced legal researcher – find the content that matters to them, in a context where the quantities of legal information generally is growing exponentially. We are delighted to be partnering with 67 Bricks to deliver this capability to our customers.  Having worked with the team for over four years now, no one gets our data and technology quite like them.”

67 Bricks co-founder Sam Herbert said: “ICLR might have been established in 1865 but they are not afraid of learning new approaches – or being at the forefront of their industry when it comes to technology.  This work will be user led and support new revenues.  We are delighted to be working with the team to deliver their next phase of digital transformation.”
