67 Bricks are delighted to announce that Will Bailey has joined their growing team as a Publishing Consultant.
Will joins the software development consultancy from Zipabout, where he was Head of Delivery, working with transport operators and local authorities to improve digital customer experience and insight.
Before that, Will worked as a commissioning editor at Taylor & Francis where he built and managed a portfolio of leading textbooks and research publications in sport and exercise science, and developed strategic partnerships in the area.
Will said: “I’m impressed with 67 Bricks’ knowledge of publishing data and I’m particularly interested in improving the value our different client stakeholders can get out of the publishing process, through improved CX and new business models. I know how difficult it can be to introduce change, and how important it is to understand the publishers’ business objectives and how people at the coalface will be affected. I hope I can add real value here and I’m delighted to be on board.”
