Change at De Gruyter began when the challenges around their off-the-shelf platform – its inability to deal with the complexity of data and content it had to manage – became impossible to ignore. The team realised that if it was to provide a better user experience and keep up with the fast-paced digital world, it needed to take back control – and reached out to 67 Bricks.
