2019 has been a landmark year for the STM Association.  The group of academic and professional publishers, learned societies and university presses has been celebrating 50 years working together to promote the contribution publishers make to the research ecosystem.  On 3-5 December, the organisation holds its annual meeting in London to examine what next? … and 67 Bricks are delighted to be involved.

On Wednesday 4 December, Digital Publishing Day, our business development consultant Susan Crean will present alongside clients Dr Chris Wroe, Health Informatician, British Medical Journal (BMJ) and David Iddon, Head of UX, BMJ, to share how BMJ partnered with 67 Bricks to make their clinical information more flexible and deliver a flagship product that truly serves clinician needs.  The project was recently shortlisted for the ALPSP Annual Innovation Award.

Janine Burr-Willans, Head of Operations, Emerald Publishing and Nancy Roberts, Founder, Business Inclusivity are directing the Digital Publishing seminar and said: “As publishers, we live in an ever-evolving landscape of functional and non-functional requirements. Let’s get ahead of the curve by understanding how we work and defining new processes and mechanisms.”
